Operational Methods

• PPC will assess then promote the core assets of the invested company
  toward the “liquidity path” goal.
• PPC will make operational, strategic and personnel changes as necessary to
  focus the core assets of the invested company towards this goal.
• PPC will actively engage with management and management decisions in
  driving the business towards this goal.
• PPC will make add-on acquisitions as applicable to enhance the invested
  company’s value and control market share and geography.
